Cabo Cove

Just thought I would let everyone know that at 27081 the owner is letting his girlfriend's sister and her boyfriend stay with them.  The only problem I have with this is, he was accused of sexually molesting the owner's girlfriends oldest daughter. They have supposedly dropped the charges but there are still charges with OCS pending.  The owner has since told them he could no longer stay or come there. The problem is the owner leaves for work at 615 in the morning and comes home in the late afternoon.  The guy and the sister come when he isnt home.  His reponse was i cant control what happens when i'm not home.  As a mother of a 5 yr old little girl, this deeply concerns me. I was extremely excited to move into this neighborhood knowing all the small children we would have and that my daughter would have friends.  I am now terrified to let my daughter outside to play for fear of this guy in our neighborhood.  I do not know what kind of rights we have to do something but i intend to find out.  I just wanted to let everyone know to keep a close eye on your children.  If this man did it once he can and will do it again.  You can trust NO ONE with your children.

First I would like to thank Danielle for bringing this to our attention. This is a very serious matter and I am committed to making this a safe neighborhood for all of our residents and especially the children. I will do what ever it takes to keep our children safe!
