HOMEOWNER CHANGES

It is very important to know the rules and regulations when you consider remodeling your unit. Changes made involving the floors, electrical systems, plumbing systems, or the structures of a unit need to be approved by the Board. To receive approval, you must present your plans to the manager. He will ask the engineer to review the plans, provide you with a copy of the Remodeling Rules & Regulations, and a Request to Remodel form. If the plans are acceptable and the forms completed, they will be sent to the Board for approval. Any approval will be contingent upon the manager receiving all applicable permits.
