We had 13 windows and 3 doorwall patio doors installed May 2008 by Radiant Windows out of Ohio. Mike, the owner, is extrememely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He comes out for the estimate (sales call) and is very informative. He used to be a window-builder, designer, and engineer - so he really knows his stuff. The installation crew was top notch - neat, friendly, non-intrusive, and polite. The brand we chose, after months of internet research, and about 4 other companies' estimates, was Sun-Rise windows. Radiant offered the best price on this brand.
