Community Garage Sale

Will occur in the summer and details will follow as more information is known. All residents can fill their driveways with things to sell and the day is filled with bargin hunters galore.

October Chili Cook

Weather permiting, an outside picnic featuring chile pots and lots of fun in the streets. More information will be posted later in the year.

Christmas Fest

Most likely a progressive evening will be hosted for CCVOTL residents by two or three homes. Cocktails start the evening followed by a second host house serving dinner and perhaps a third host house offering dessert & coffee. More information will be posted later.
