Can we come up with a more expedient process for approval/disapproval of architectural changes? The current process is extremely cumbersome. I propose we attempt to process these electronically or at least offer the option to those who utilize the technology. Many of us don't know color schemes available from the manufacturers until we receive a quote. Then we have to wait for a committee to meet and make a decision. In the time we have to wait, many homeownes can lose a special price being offered during the estimate and jeopardize the work even being accomplished due to price increases.
