Service Organization for mutual assistance and advocacy for the almost 200 Hosuing Development Fund Cooperatives (HDFCs) withing Community Board 9 Manhattan. Alos provides management and financial consulting services for the HDFCs and for the Tenant Interim Lease Program (TIL) buildings undergoing training to convert into HDFCs.
