Hi Shelley - I must start out by saying that I have not been involved in the HOA, and have never attended a meeting. So it is hard to complain if you don't get involved. But I would like to offer my help with the grounds or any of the landscaping and plant selections. I'm a horticulturist for the OSU Extension Service in Oklahoma County.
