Tom Owen has been kind enough to offer tours
of our historic neighborhood. Former Alderman
and mayoral candidate, Owen is also an archivist
and teacher of library sciences at the
University of Louisville.

Any neighbors interested in joining a scheduled

Tours are limited to 20 participants and
donations for Tom?’s efforts will be accepted.
