Burglars caught inside Palm Coast home: Two Palm Coast women face burglary charges after a homeowner found them inside her house in Palm Coast, according to a Flagler County Sheriff's Office report.

The homeowner arrived at their house at 3 Ryan Drive around 6:40 p.m. Tuesday and saw shadows moving from inside the house, the report said. Lisa Touhey, 29, and Jennie McAfee, 30, were found inside the home when deputies arrived, the report said.

Deputies said the two women were seen leaving the house through the back door. When deputies identified themselves, McAfee stopped, but Touhey ran toward the front of the house where she was taken into custody by two waiting deputies, the report said.

The two women told deputies they had been living in the house since they were released from jail on March 18.

The homeowner reported miscellaneous jewelry and a lawn mower were missing.

McAfee faces burglary and theft charges. Touhey was faces burglary, theft and resisting an officer without violence charges. Both were booked into the Flagler County Inmate Facility. Touhey is being held on $2,500 bond; McAfee's bond is set at $2,000.
