2011 Assessments due January 1st, 2011

The Buck Creek Village HOA Homeowner assessments are due on January 1st, 2011.  Invoices will be mailed by December to homeowners.  The assessment rate this year will be the same that it was in 2010 at $200.00.  This amount will be due in full by January 1st, 2011.


Your annual assessment rates are used to supply the community and its common areas with services needed to make our community an enjoyable place to live.  Services such as street lights, common area and common area playground equipment, pond maintenance, mowing, snow removal, improvements and maintenance of common area fixtures/trees/shrubs/and signing are among the items that your dues pay for within the community.


In addition, the dues afford the Buck Creek HOA to hire Elite Property Management of Indiana to assist the Board in managing the HOA's business in relation to our common areas and enforcement of the HOA's covenants and restrictions in our community. 


Members of the Buck Creek HOA Board are part of the Board as volunteers.  Neighbors just like you who want to ensure that our community remains beautiful and that our common areas and the homes within the community continue to remain within the Covenants and restrictions we all agreed to when purchasing homes within Buck Creek Village.


Don't forget to pay your Dues on January 1st, 2011.  These dues are crucial to the operation and function of our community.
