Transfer Fee
Attention Home Sellers
Brunswick Place implemented a transfer fee of $250.00 to all home buyers on the purchase of all homes sold after June 1, 2007. This helps to defray the cost of the change over in the programing of the gates, remotes and codes used by the residents. Please inform your realtor of the charge so that it can be collected at closing. Please contact Kimerly with any questions!
