Hi! New to this forum but hoping it may be of some use as there are a couple things I am baffled by and wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. I have been hearing a not infrequent sound like a cannon firing near the intersection of cook yankeetown and baldwin rd. / 62 area. This is the odd thing. When it happens it goes on and on for hours sometimes I can't believe its anyone doing shooting practice?? It would have to be with a weapon of cannon like proportions! And I don't know what else it could be. I have heard .50 cals, 22-250s, high powered rifles. This isn't what it is! :). Anyone have any ideas? Also on the less mysterious side. Does anyone near else in the baldwin rd. area hear the dogs and or coyotes that howl, and bark like mad all night long ??? I mean like all night like its their job. I cannot fathom how the owners could possibly rest since I am atleast 1000' feet from these dogs and they are a complete nuisance. Just making sure I'm not the only one! Thanks.
