Brookhaven Homeowners Association

By now you are aware of the Special Vote being taken to upgrade the amenities area. The money the board wants to borrow from a lending institution will only decrease the possibility of the need to increase the BHOA yearly assessment or call for a special assessment fee.
We want to improve the enviroment of the Brookhaven Home Owner's Association and a vote yes will allow us to do that and not cost you any more money.

Special Meeting to be held 6/13

The board is offering a special meeting on Wednesday, June 13, at 7:30 pm. The meeting will last about 30 minutes and will be for the education of the membership on the special vote on the HOA improvement loan. If you have questions please attend.
