About British Woods Association

As homeowners in British Woods we would like to introduce our Homeowners Associatn. Your neighbors established the association to help with interests and concerns in your neighborhood.A few of these concerns are the upkeep of the enterence areas, keeping the neighborhood clean and safe,and getting to know our neighbors.
We also work along with ( SWAN / South West Area Neighborhoods )Virgia Keogh is president.

Yearly Dues

The association collects dues of $25.00 yearly starting in the month of March.The dues are used for the upkeep of the enterence areas, printing flyers/news letters, National Night Out, and our meeting place,ect

We hold monthly meetings every 4th Tuesday of the month at Silvermount Church on Arrowood Rd @ 7:00 pm. All homowners are encouraged to come attend.( see the flyers left at your mailboxes the week of the meeting. )
