Child Safety in BTHAI Community

Once again, we are asking Parents to supervise their children at all times within the community.  Our Security Officers and Residents report that children continue to be at risk because their parents fail to personally supervise their children within the community in a responsible manner.

Children have been observed playing, walking and riding bicycles in our private streets and the public street in front of our community.  Unsupervised children are not heeding repeated warnings to avoid sitting on electrical generators, cycling, walking or running across vehicle entry and exit gates, private and public streets and behind cars pulling out of carports.

Parents are requested to supervise their children until they have boarded the School Bus and remind their children that certain behavior is not permitted in the Front Gate area.  Children should not swing on the Gates, Play, Walk, Run or Ride Bicycles in Traffic Lanes, Drop Litter or Disturb Residents with Loud and Unruly Behavior.

Please note that the Front Gate Area is not a Pick Up or Drop Off Zone for passengers. This area is a NO PARKING ZONE and its use is restricted to Emergency and Security  Vehicles only. Drivers picking up or dropping off passengers should use their Gate Card to enter or register with the Security Guard.

Failure to comply may result in a fine(s) for  Blocking a Moving Lane of Traffic, Parking in a No Parking Zone and Towing of your vehicle.
