Whats the deal with the HOA here. Seems since I have moved in the HOA is always double down on my property. I neatly placed my trash on the side of the house like most neighbors and for some reason that cost me 100 Dollars. Last time my wife recked her car in a accident and I was not allowed to have it parked on my drive way while it was being fixed. None of these rules are on the Deed Restriction so I am wondering now can they even enforce these rules?
