In a community in Rehoboth Beach friends of Board Members are getting away with breaking the rules and regulations. Board Members are not making their friends comply with any of the rules and regulations. Perfect example all our culvert pipes have to cleaned and the entrances have to open. There are at least 3 homeowners in our community that have very obvious blockage in front of their pipes but they are picking on a homeowner who does not have blockage. I have seen a board member walk and drive by this owners home but they don't drive by the homes that have the obvious blockage.
Why do these board members think that is fair. When they are caught with these obvious blockages they don't do anything because its there friends!!!
