Gas Line ROW
The right-of-way (ROW) for the gas pipeline just north of Briar Hill Ct (session 3) needs to be kept in condition to reflect our neighborhood. I am in talk with Dow Chemical to see how much they are willing to help us in maintening it and finding out what we can do along it.

My first thought is to have a walkway path made of small gravels and grass on the sides to keep it on a low maintenance budget. We can also look into adding bushes along the fence line.

If you have some suggestions, the HOA members and myself would like to hear from you.

Levee contractor

I met with gas line representatives and they are not willing to contribute with cash to any project to improve their easement.

Another solution to us is to have the grass cut by the same contractor who cuts the grass along the levee. I will propose that to the board in the upcoming meeting.

Gas ROW within Avalon Property

Since the gas pipeline easement (ROW) is within Avalon property, Taylor Woodrow (Avalon Developer) will hold its maintenance contract. The new contract is with TP Tractor Services.

In the future, after the developer has completed their work in Avalon, the plan is to have the maintenance contract amended to either the LID or Avalon lawn care maintenance contract.

Hope this will keep the easement lawn well maintained and that the developer will improve it.
