Re: Hurricane Preparedness

With the high potential of a hurricane strike to our coast line The Board of Directors has initiated a “Plan of Action” in order to maintain a safe, secure, and clean area for the residents of Brazos Landing.
o Play ground areas are being checked for security and all trash receptacles being checked as well.
o Immediate clean up service for trees and debris as soon as weather conditions allow.
o Tennis Court Nets and Wind Screens will be removed and stored once notified of the storm coming in land.
o Irrigation System will be turned off.
o Pool has been secured and all furniture stored.

It would be wise for all homeowners to make immediate preparations for this event as well.

o Please secure all exterior lawn/patio furniture, play structures, pool equipment, flags, flag poles, etc…
o Turn off irrigation
o If you are staying home – prepare to have water, flash lights, and canned foods in the event power is lost a period of time.

Attached you will also find the “American Red Cross Preparedness Guide for Hurricane Season”. Please pass this information on to your neighbor.
