does not anticipate any rate increase in ''2005''

i know that some will respond ''what about the bonuses'' that were given to BELD. and that's true, but i for one appreciate it.

Comcast ?

Could BELD offer a discount on electricity if a customer bought the whole package.

For example, 5 percent off on your electric bill if you also get broadband and cable.

Comcast wouldn't have a customer left in Braintree if BELD offered something like that.
