Hi there!!!
I just had a realtor come over to see if I could sell my home, and as soon as she parked her comment was "GOOD LUCK SELLING, THIS LOOKS LIKE A DUMP WITH ALL THE TRASH CAN OUTSIDE" IT'S STINKS LIKE A DUMP AND LOOK AT ALL THE FLYIES.. AND WHY DOES THAT PERSON HAVE ALL THAT TRASH OUT THERE, YOU MAY EVEN HAVE RODENTS. Her comments were so bruttal and harsh, but she was right. Is there a rule around trash can been left out?
