Why do we have to incur the cost of these stickers? Personally I think it is ludicrous especially when you have more than one car. Admittedly the charge is not bank breaking, but to pay to park outside your own home is little over the top. We pay our dues each year we have a president, a vice president and a treasurer all living within blocks of each other. You can bet your last dollar that if an unknown vehicle is spotted near someone hourse for an unusual amount of time, the committee would hear about it, seeing as Bowie doesn't have a Police Department.
