Board meeting

Posted in: Bayview Manor II
how was 10k spent on cutting the common area? 435 divided by 10k is 22.9 times they cut it. it is impossible. I urge all to call the state, they do have to show us how and when $ is spent. If we all decide not to pay it next time, they will have to show us. They cant put liens on all of our homes....Board---you are not going to get away with this, and the ring leader couldnt even show up. chicken
Let's be civilized

I agree that 10k seems like a very high amount for grass cutting, mulching, and tree removal. Many others seemed to feel the same way. Darryl mentioned that he has the details and I'm sure he would show them if asked in an appropriate way. Why would we all call the state? I'm sure DE has more important things to worry about. Why not go through the appropriate channels first?

They can, and should, put liens on all of the propeties that do not pay the yearly assessment, or take other appropriate legal action. You agreed to your Maintenance Declaration, which states that you are to pay your assessment, when you purchased your lot.

And calling someone chicken...I noticed that you did not sign your name to your post. Very mature. It was said at the meeting that most of the posts that are ''anonymous'' are ignored. If the posts weren't so negative all the time, maybe the Board would use them to identify and solve issues in the community.
