I wanted to bring to the community?’s attention that our ARC person is so strict on enforcing our deed restrictions. She her self needs to be told to catch up on her sewage bill. She has not paid her bill since 2005. Here is the kicker. She has not been assessed any Penalty either. Is this fair just because she is a committee/ARC person ? This is the person that heads our community? Don't believe me check it out for your self. Go to WWW.NCCDE.ORG under online service go to look up property information type in 325 Elizabeth Sweet and you will see the proof for yourself. That poses the question of if the ARC person does not pay her sewage bill does she and the remainder of the committee pay the HOA Dues? Should this be the type of dishonesty that heads the ARC? The community has the say so on whom they would like to see in charge. Let your voice be heard on June 12, 2007.
