Hello! Does anyone know where the clean up team for the open space is? The comment in the news letter from our fearless leaders was that they were going to be taking care of that. So when are they planning to do this?
We and many others have cleaned these areas because it was just gross. If they are so concerned about our community and the home value, don't they know that keeping the open space clean is part of the keeping up the home value? Besides the lack of clean up in the open space invites many unwanted pests and not to mention the attraction of fleas,ticks and snakes. To the members of the board there is a saying ''Don't talk about it; be about it.'' Please start doing what you say you are going to do.

As most of the homeowners will agree there is no respect for the members of this commitee. And the commitee has no,no,no respect for anyone in the community. As one homeowner already suggested, maybe you should all just step down and let an outside source handle the issues of our community. Then maybe we all can be happy and live in peace.

FOXES in open space

Speaking of open spaces I am wondering if anyone has seen the foxes? I live next to one of the open spaces and on several occasions I have seen as many as 4 foxes at a time.I am concerned with the safety of our children because
foxes will attack if they feel threatened.I called the SPCA and was told they only deal with cats and dogs. They referred me to fish and wildlife and I was told basically if know one had been harmed there is nothing they could do. They gave me a number to a private company who said they would trap the foxes but there is a fee of $395.00. Who should pay this fee? I think it should come from the association fees, afterall we are talking about the safety of our children as well as ourselves. LETS NOT WAIT UNTIL SOMEONE GETS ATTACKED.
