I am very confused and upset with the many things going on in the neighborhood. We need to get together as a community and plan a meeting that we can all attend that will not be canceled by anyone and discuss the many situations going on in Bayview II. I am sure we could all meet at Kirkwood soccer or something. And we could invite some people who could help us out of this situation. Like the one lady from New Castle County that always attends our meeting ( I don't remember her name). There are several problems going on in the neighborhood that need to gotten to the bottom of. I for one am tired of it all. As I am sure I am not the only one I am a first time Homeowner and very proud of my beautiful home and I would like to be proud of the community I live in. What does everyone and does anyone have any ideas.

New Community Meeting

I think a community meeting would be a great idea. There are many residents whom are upset about things in our community. This would give us, as the homeowners, the opportunity to collaborate ideas and present them to the board as a ''group''.
