Le and Rose Phillips have owned the Fine Art & Frame shop at 2326 E. Exposition for 9 years. Le, in the business since 1970, recalls that he had long wanted a shop in the area, and jumped the chance when the used clothing store closed. Fine Art & Frame specializes in custom picture framing, and most of its customers are local. They do family photograph reproduction, sell mirrors, and often deal with people?’s ?“treasures?”. The store has a whopping 3000 moulding samples and 1200 matting samples! Le and Rose establish a personal relationship with their customers, to provide them just what they want.
