what rights do we have for 2 years a neighbors dog has controlled our lives it barks at everything sometimes it barks at nothing at all. we have received no help from animal control other than telling me to go downtown to court house and file a nuisance warrant. which i did 14 months ago once again no help anyone who walks on rosedale blvd. probably knows of which house/dog i am speaking of it wakes us up every morning throughout the night you can forget taking a nap. please help. any suggestions would be appreciated. thank you Jerry shepherd
