That the HOA is abiding by its documents, you know they are not there to solve your personal problems with your neighbors, these guys are the ones that get your lots and roads paved, they pay the corporation bills, their budget is public, you can only blame yourself for being ignorant of how your corporation works and what it does. Nobody is going to come to your lounger to explain it, YOU need to do a little work
