Just found it, I wanted to share my experience in switching from comcast to century link.

I haven't looked into our HOA but I have sensed shenanigans.  Last summer they sent out a notice about vandalism with the sprinkler system.  The cost for repairs they claimed were extreme to say the least.  Not to mention every now and then they will run every ten minutes all day.

The other concern I have is with the streets, they have done some repairs but I see more needed in the near future, the streets must be thin asphault because it's wavy all over the place.  I just hope they keep it in mind for the budget.
