I could use this forum
I think this site could be very useful. I'm fairly new to C.E. and still learning the ropes when it comes to living with a homeowners association. Sharing info about repairs, upgrades and remodels would be great.

I;m afraid there doesn't seem to be a lot of use of this site. When I found the site, last spring, it did not have anything on it and apparently had not been touched for 2-3 years. Apparently someone had created the site and then abandoned it (so I took over control and added things like newsletters, minutes, etc.)
