Big Bear Farms

Has anyone gotten word on what all those buildings are going to house down there in Dublin ?? There is a lot of space to fill but I have been unable to find out what all is going there

There was an article in the papaer the other day on some of it.

Kroger superstore
Hoggys
Starbucks
A restaurant like PF Changs
A Sandwich type restaurant the name escapes me but I think there is one on bethel

Obviously smaller shops etc..

While I don't want big box stores up here, I look forward to the day I don't have to drive through Powell or accross 270 south to get what I need. This development looks very promising, and within a reasonable drive time.
