People have long asked for updates from our board. I am glad to see they have followed through. I was also glad to see they included a summary of the deed restrictions. We all need to act as responsible owners here, and keep BBF a great place to live, and our investments strong. Please contact our Trustees if you feel there are Deed Restriction violations so that we can maintain a consistant compliance within our community.

I am glad they sent out the newsletter. It was nice to see what was going on. We would still like to see the minutes posted somewhere so we do not have to wait so long between newsletters to know what is going on (not complaining, just a suggestion). The more people feel involved and know what is going on, the best we will be able to keep BBF a great place to live.

The news letter was good , but I don't see any changes in the new website... There are still minutes from last year.. I don't think we should be spending money to maintain a website that isn't being used....Overall the trustees are doing a very good job and I commend them..
