Big Bear Farms

The yard at the corner of Wayne Brown and Big bear has been torn up for over 3 months now. Does anyone know what the situation is?

Also the new building by Wedgewood golf club. Have you noticed that built the garbage screen area right at the corner of Powell rd and the Wedgewood entrance. Shouldn't they of put this near the rear? Hopefully they'll install good screening.

Yard

This unfortunate homeowner has been plagued by water line breaks in their yard. Delco has been there at least 3 times digging in the yard. I am sure it is not the property owners fault, and that Delco just wants to make sure the problem is solved before they replace the sod again. They already replaced it once.
