Bethany Beach Meadows HOA (NL)

Unless I am sadly mistaken, are we not to have a Pres. VP. Treas, and Sec.? If we do who voted? I have been here for a year and no one has ever said anything. And I do think that the memebers should get a vote as to what is allowed and what is not. If we do not have guide lines the property values will not increase. I too do not feel as though old kitchen chairs and beach chairs belong on the front poarch. The trailers in the street are a driving hazzard.

What is going on?

Yes I thought that people would be voted in to be President, Vice etc. I'm at a lose for what is going on and I don't know who to contact about this bill etc.

HOA Officers

Apparently the Managment Company is starting off on the wrong foot. We do have association rules. If you do not have a copy, please see Laura at the model to go yourself one.

I am currently on the board of an association in Maryland. Hopefully a meeting will be scheduled soon to answer these questions.

It doesn't say much for the current management company to send information about your mortgage information and send a bill without having a meeting of introduction. Makes me wonder about this company
