A group of citizens concerned with the non-functional status of our local neighborhood watch has chosen to re-start Neighborhood Watch under the leadership of five (5) Alternate Captains AND to create a plan that woul keep NW acive and functional as a citizen-organized, citizen-run, non-political organization. Anyone who is interested in being in some leadership role or participating in any role is certainly welcome. Comments, favorable or unfavorable, are welcome.
