The Belle Isle View Neighborhood Preservation Association Inc. was founded 1987. It was re-energized in 1999. It?’s main purpose was to preserve the security, tranquility, and character of our neighborhood through innovative and unique programs and projects, ranging from the Senior Service, and infrastructure repair and replacement to Neighborhood Watch and the Neighborhood Watch Patrol. An information and action newsletter, the ?“Big Team?” Maps, Special Bulletins, the Patrol Operations Manuals and Neighborhood Watch/Patrolled signs, home decals and vehicle stickers are but some of our successes. Tens of thousands of dollars of City revenues have been brought to our neighborhood and many tens of thousands more are needed. With your support, through your membership, participation and volunteerism, may we perpetually preserve our pride and place. Russell Perry, President
