We have seen may Disasters on TV in recent years, both far and near. From Downtown, the South Side and Moore to 9-11. Never in our wildest dreams could we have foretold what was to have shown up in the headlines and that seems to have become the trend. A disaster that we as a neighborhood might experience may range from an F-1 To an F-5. Or from 1 Kiloton to 5 Megatons. Or anything in between, from extended outages of utilities or food distribution disruptions, to Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Neutron or maybe even something yet to be contemplated.
