~MEETING NOTICE~

Please plan to attend another important meeting to be held
at the Mayfair Church of Christ
Tuesday, July 2nd, at 7:00 P.M.
(Enter as usual thru the S.E. Doors)

We need everyone's help in putting the finishing touches on the by-laws changes.
Eight items were felt to need some tweaking. It is thought that both memberships
can work these out and come together at this meeting. We also need to re-define our
programs, plan upcoming events, plan uniform "Patrolled" signage, and discuss
capital improvements planned for this area and Smitty's Park to name a few.
Election of Officers for the new group are planned when the by-laws are completely
approved.


REFRESHMENTS will be served as usual. Donna's Delicacies (She's won many awards) are so tasty that
some people may come mostly for this reason!
