Does anyone care about the appearance of Bella Vista other than Paul, Rich, Mico and Buc Man??? Board members where are you??? (Paul not included) How can some Board members expect other home owners to follow the rules when they dont themselves???

I can't speak for the other board members but here is my reply.

The board is looking for ideas for the new landscape design for our entrances. If anyone knows how to put together a design on computer or can draw something by hand, please get in touch with wcrealty.hoa.verizon.net. That's our mangement company, West Coast Managment & Realty.

Once the board can decide on a plan then they can get some bids and find out how much this will cost us.

Are you in favor of re-doing the medians? If so, to what extent? Would you like the see everything taken out and we just start from scratch? What are your thoughts?

Myself, I'm up for anything new. Even new and shorter palm trees.
