1.) You'll have to talk to Danny Crawford, President, as he is handling the landscaping now. I know this has been an issue in the past but let me explain how it works. You prepare a nice bed of landscaping whatever and cover it with mulch. It looks great for a year or two but then the plants begin growing and the mulch gets pushed out of the bed. The beds get re-done and more mulch is added back in, it gets fuller and easily washes out with the rains.

2.) If all the residents that were behind or not paying their dues for whatever reasons would catch up then maybe we could do something different like rocks or what have you. That stuff isn't cheap.

I can't give you any particulars as it's a legal issue but I can tell you that we are well over $10,000 in unpaid dues at the moment. For whatever reason the past board did not follow up on this and now it's in the hands of the current board. And, we are currently  agressively pursuing the overdue dues with our attorney.

I will make sure and mention to the board at the next meeting that a resident suggested something different other than mulch in the flower beds and see what response we get on that.

mulch was just laid down and looks dry and very bad already, it hasnt been two years, it washes away every year, some already has, its a waste of money every single year, good money after bad, its just unnecessary, nothing would be better
