The board is elected at the annual meeting (in April) and the officers are in turn elected by the new board at the next quarterly meeting of the new board of directors (in May).
The new officers then subsequently serve three year terms until the next year's annual meeting. The officers of the board of directors do meet quarterly. If you have something that you would like discussed, then submit it in writing to one of the board members to have forwarded to an officer for discussion at the next meeting.
