Premier Online Neighborhood
Premier neighborhoods must have ALL of the following:

*20 or more discussion postings, with t least 1 in the last 90 days
*3 or more events in the Community Calendar
*3 or more Add-a-Pages
*2 or more Meet Your Neighbors pages
*At least 1 Neighborhood Newsletter article in the last 90 days
