What is going on with the Front Entrance Landcaping and Electrical? I haven't seen progress in some time. This is taking way too long!

Does anyone even read these anymore now that we have a new board??? I am also very concerned with the front entrance and would like to know what is going on...

One of the board members told me that it will be completed soon.  There was a problem with the electrical work, but that will be corrected with a new electrical contractor.  Also there is a new entrance sign that is to be installed.
