while i was off work for spring break i went to the convience store for ice when i returned while standing in my drive way i notice a pack of small dogs running about this pack has been running about for the past few weeks they are small, my neigbors dogs, i saw the smallest dog get shot , i did not see the shooter or hear the shot but the dog was shot dead and i called 911 when the police arrived the dog had been moved, i made the report however i no longer feel safe in my drive way.keep your dogs safe by keeping them locked in the house or back yard. and please do not shoot them it is not the solutuion
