Bayport West H.O.A.

Is anyone else disgusted with this neighborhood? What happened to the quarterly newsletter we were promised? Why can't people clean up after their dogs? Why don't people abide by the deed restrictions they signed. I am so sorry I ever moved to this place.

I have lived here since the mid '90's and I agree there have been times when the neighborhood could have used a ''firm hand'' in getting people to adhere to the HOA rules. However, now I feel that the residents are proud to live here and take care of the properties. I don't think it has anything to do with the management company at all, but instead the quality of people living here now. I'm proud to be a resident at Bayport West. I love it here. No matter where you live, there will ALWAYS be those absolutely rude and completely vile individuals who believe their dog's s--- doesn't stink. On the other hand, they must know it does or they wouldn't be taking their dogs to other peoples yards to relive themselves!!!

You must not have ever called Trowbridge Assoc or you would know how useless they are.  That's why they got fired from Sterling Ranch in Brandon.  That's why their Better Business Bureau rating is unfavorable.  They stink!  And according to Hillsborough Cuonty Ordinance, it is against the ordinance to not clean your dog's poop.  Why should I have to clean up and I don't own a dog.  Also, I am nice enough to have a neighbor who b&e my property and one who likes to party at 12am on Sunday night.  This place sucks.  I am selling but who wants to buy a crappy made wood fram home.  I feel bad for you living here since the 90's.   If I have to be here that long, I don't know what I'd do.  I want to be able to walk all the way around my house, it's so ugly here and the people are terrible.  YUCK!!!!!!!!!
