I'm fairly new to the neighborhood and wanted to check in on the site. I was watching the local government channel a few months ago and was pleased to see the the city actually has an award for best neighborhood web site (Bayou Highlands won an award for best signage).
I'm wondering why Neighborhood Link was chosen as the platform for the Bayou Highlands site. Is it a free service? Do other St. Pete neighborhoods use Neighborhood Link? Are there any rules or guidelines the city has in place regarding neighborhood web sites?
I'd love to know more if anyone can share some info.
