I am not sure how it is done but we are using a method to prevent others from listening. I do agree that broadcasts should be done even if there is no regular roll. I strongly would encourage people to call in and ask if others are monitoring. And if something is going on be sure to say it. If everyone says a silent prayer perhaps I will get back to day shift.
