Hi all,
I have a water leak by my sprinkler because of dryer vent which goes around it. I leave in jubilee townhome (2 bed 21/2 bath) on chagall way. The leak is in 1/2 bath which is downstairs and shares the wall with laundry room. that wall and ceiling has the dryer vent. As soon as i turn on my dryer in few minutes the hot air from the dryer pipe gets condensed causes the water drip. I was just wondering if any one else would have similar problem. I would really appreciate any solution.
