Barnum Recreation Center
What's Up at the Rec Center!!
Barnum Recreation Center was the first facility
built by Denver Parks & Recreation in 1969. The
Senior Center was added in 1972. They are both located in Barnum Park.
The park was named after the famous showman
P.T. Barnum who resided in the area during the
winter season.
There is a full size outdoor pool located next
to the center. Inside in the Youth Center is
a gym and weight room.
It is located at 360 Hooker St. You can reach
them at 303-937-4655.
